NO.26 FITZROVIA

Tapped and Packed No.26 is one of the better known places in London’s independent coffee scene, and for good reason. The place has the whole package: it serves great coffee, has skilled and friendly baristas and wicked interiors.

They also show a keen attention to detail. I’m sat here looking at my cup of espresso and even the spoon is unique. How does this place make everything look so effortlessly cool? If you want to see more pics of the shop, check them out here : http://www.tappedandpacked.co.uk/interiors.html.

If you like this place, you should definitely check out their sister coffeeshop called No.114, which is also fantastic.

For me, the main asset of this shop is their passion for coffee. They live, breath and (most importantly) drink coffee and this is immediate as soon as you walk in the shop.

They regulalry change suppliers so you never know what you’ll be served.

This is a great place to take a fellow coffee lover, but also a perfect place to take a friend. This place has enough panache to charm any Londoner.

This is the one TAP that I’ve yet to try, but I’m sure I’ll love it given what I think of the other two. As always, a nicely-written, insightful piece, Henry. I think you’ve captured the essence of TAP in a couple of hundred words which is impressive given that I’ve struggled to do the same in 500!

    Brian.

      Hi Brian,

It’s the 1st one so you have to go! Thanks, although it’s certainly not as comprehensive as the 500 words you wrote!

      Best,

      Henry
