STORE STREET ESPRESSO, THE LORD OF STORE STREET
Store Street Espresso is a well designed space. Everything about it is done in a particular style. The works of art forming the gallery on the walls all complement each other and the lantern above the middle of this coffee shop ensures great natural light.
They serve Square Mile coffee and currently a Brazilian Costa Rica mix as their house blend. The central location of the place means that it attracts a whole of variety of people, which gives the shop a certain charm. I was sat next to a family of four to my right, a group of students to my left and a businessman opposite taking a brief lunch break. As Store Street Espresso is a stone’s throw away from SOAS and Senate House, it’s a great place for students to enjoy affordable coffee, while taking a break from work. Alternatively, if you’re visiting the British Museum, it’s just round the corner.
There was a limited selection of food when I was there but what they were offering looked very appetising. Also for anyone not so keen on coffee, Store St Espresso have an impressive array of Jing Tea.
